We spent two days at the Paradise Inn at Mt Rainier, and enjoyed one wonderfully clear day walking the paths around the Paradise area.  The flowers were past their prime, but still very interesing in the meadows.
We need to be here around three weeks earlier in the season to catch the flowers at their best.  The renovated hotel was still pretty old, no tv or telephones in the rooms, but people were quiet and we rested well.
The second day was more cloudy and we took some walks as we slowly drove away from Paradise to go home.   Your comments are welcome....    RB.
