Ron's hike to Mt Pilchuck summit, 07/31/09<br />Well along the descent, on a hot day with many flies trying to get a bite.

This was a solo hike (Fran wasn't feeling well) and I took  images with my Fuji F30 point & shoot camera, which is easy to carry on a rock climbing hike.
We've been doing this hike most years since around 1994, and it is helpful to gain fitness for the harder climbs like
Mt Dickerman and Goat Flats (on Three Fingers Mtn) which I hope to do in a few weeks.   Today's hike was hot (80's temperature) and the biting flies were plentiful as well, but the trail is popular, with great views and close to home.

Let me hear your comments... my email is below.
